T-Shirt Design Contest

Details

1) The contest is open to TKC members and non-TKC members alike.

2) There is no entrance fee.

3) Maximum 2 submissions per person.

4) All entries must be received by June 30, 2024.

5) Entries must adhere to the following requirements:

a) Only the following file formats will be accepted: JPG, PNG, PDF, BMP, TIFF, SVG

b) Resolution must be at least 300 dpi

c) Dimensions of the artwork must be no greater than 11 by 12 inches

d) Maximum of two colours

e) Artwork must not contain any copyrighted material

f) Artwork must not contain any profanity/offensive material/political statements

6) Entries will be judged according to the following criteria:

a) Embodiment of kendo and the TKC 45th anniversary event

b) Marketability

7) Entries will be voted on, but the winning entry will be decided upon by the TKC45 executive committee.

8) The winner must waive any rights to the design so that TKC can decide how to use the design, and use it for free.

E-mail fundraising@toronto-kendo-club.ca using the title TKC45 T-shirt Design Contest. Add your name to the body of the e-mail and attach your entry.
